These are systems that use some form of artificial intelligence or machine learning as part of user interaction. Many of us will see examples of this daily as web sites adapt content and especially adverts according to models based on our past behaviour. More advanced systems might try to help us to complete tasks or maybe automate repeated tasks based on examples.
